Unassign Order From Shipment Adds Additional Equipment (Doc ID 1437054.1)

Symptoms

When unassigning an Order from a Shipment with more than 1 Order, an additional Shipment Equipment is added to the Shipment.

To reproduce:

Plan a Shipment with at least 2 Order Releases
Tender this Shipment
Wait for the Shipment to reach the "no response" Status
Unassign one of the Orders
Verify the s_equipments of the Shipment - an Equipment has been added.
