APP-PO-14142: ORA-01403 : No Data Found, When Updating BPA Loaded Through PDOI (Doc ID 1437055.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Purchasing Processes

When creating BPA from Import Price Catalogs Process, user tries to update data at BPA Line level and the following error occurs in forms:

Cause : A SQL error has occurred in update_line. The SQL error is ORA-01403: no data found
Action: Take note of both this error number and the actions you were trying to perform. Contact you system administrator

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an BPA from Import Price Catalogs Process
2.Update data at BPA Line level using Form or PBWC
3.It errors out as per the above error
