On OTM version 6.2.3.
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When a Corporation Profile is on a Rate and set with the compatibility tick box un-ticked, the rate is used to plan to locations that are part of one of the listed corporations that should have stopped the rate from being used.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When a Corporation Profile is on a Rate and set with the compatibility tick box un-ticked it is expected that that rate will not be used to plan to locations that are part of one of the listed corporations.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Rate Offering and set it with a Corporation Profile that lists corporation 1234 as incompatible.
2. Create two locations, source and destination (both set with Corporation ID 1234).
3. Plan an order and note the Rate Offering is used from step 1 is used, this not expected.
