Records Are Stuck in RCV_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE with Running Status and Cannot be Seen on Transaction Status Summary Form RCVTXVTX

Form:RCVTXVTX.FMB - View Transactions Status
Some records are stuck in RTI RCV_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE table with RUNNING Status
and cannot be seen on the Transaction Status Summary Form RCVTXVTX.
These records are not needed because the receiving side of the transaction processed successfully.
These records should be deleted
Rcv11i output shows some deliver records are stuck in RCV_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE with
Receipt_Source_Code INTERNAL ORDER
Navigate to: Purchasing Super User Responsibility > Receiving > Transaction Status Summary
The transactions are not visible in Transaction Status Summary Form.
It is not possible to delete the records using the form.
