Back Out Life Event Errors With FRM-40735: On-Error Trigger Raised Unhandled Exception ORA-01001 (Doc ID 1442863.1)

Symptoms


When attempting to back out a Salary Changed life event, the following error occurs and the forms gets disconnected:

Error at the bottom of the Screen

FRM-40735: ON-ERROR trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01001.


Pop up Error

APP-FND-01564: ORACLE error 1000 in audfrm

Cause: audfrm failed due to ORA-01000: maximum open cursors exceeded

The SQL statement being executed at the time of the error was &SQLSTMT an was executed from the file &ERRFILE


and

FRM-92100: Your connection to the server was interrupted

This may be the result of a network error, or a failure on the server
You will need to reestablish your session

 

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to People > Benefits Service Center and query the employee in question
2. Go to Desktop Activities > View Person Life Event and highlight the Salary Changed life event to be voided.
3. Enter Backed Out Status of Voided and click on Back Out Event button.
