When creating a new service request and entering the customer and the serial number the error below occurs.
This happens when the instance install base owner/install location are different than the customer entered on the SR header.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to (R) Service (N) Service Requests > Create Service Requests.
2. Create a new Service Request
- enter the customer and serial number
3. Try to Save
- the error CS_OVERRIDE_CUSTOMER appears
