R12 Generic Data Fix (GDF) Patch for 11i Accounted R12 Transferred Data Missing in Trial Balance Report (Doc ID 1445573.1)

Symptoms

Unable to view the correct Liability in Accounts Payables Trial Balance Report after upgrade from 11i to R12

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Log into Oracle applications using a Payables responsibility.
  2. Open Other option from the Menu
    (N) Request > Run > Single Request
  3. Field Name: Choose Accounts Payable Trial Balance
  4. Complete parameters: Report Definition, As of Date, Show Transaction Details, Account From, Account To, Report Mode
  5. Check (B) OK
  6. Click (B) Submit
  7. Click (M) View > Requests
  8. Click (B) View Output
  9. Notice that in Liability Balance is not matching with General Ledger.

Changes

Upgrade issue.

11i accounted R12 transferred data missing in Trial Balance Report. As a result Accounts Payables Trial Balance Report would not show correct liability balance. This fix will insert 11i accounted and R12 transferred data into ap_liability_balance table.
