Symptoms

On : 12.1.1 version, Work Execution

When attempting to release a Work Order (WO), the status of the WO is still in Release-Pending

Expect to see the WO is released normally after the Workflow is approved without any errors..

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Query the WO which is in release Pending
