Goal

How Oracle uses the Credit Limits during Credit checking process for customers having sites in multiple Operating Unit (OU)s?

For example, lets assume that there is a customer having Bill to Sites in two OUs, NL_OU & DE_OU. This customer has a Global Credit Limit of 0.5 million EUR (Setup on Customer Header level). Lets also assume that the customer has open exposure of 1m EUR in NL_OU. Now as the Global credit limit for the customer is 0.5 million, ideally the system should put orders in both DE_OU & NL_OU on credit hold. But it only puts NL_OU orders on Credit Hold.

We know that one way can be to setup the credit limits on Bill to Sites, but it is impossible to maintain if a customer has around 100 sites spread across multiple OUs.
So, we want to know a method by which we are able to easily specify/ maintain the Global Credit Limit for a Customer.
