'Unable To Perform Column Validation' While Webadi Upload With DFF Information (Doc ID 1448244.1)

Symptoms


When attempting to upload with DFF on WebADI, the following error occurs.

ERROR

Unable to perform column validation
No validation rule available for column &COLUMN_NAME

BNE Log shows 
BneDFFStructure object.
                DFFName: AR_BATCHES
   ApplicationTableName: AR_BATCHES_ALL
        DFFSegSeparator: .
    ContextRequiredFlag: false
      ContextColumnName: ATTRIBUTE_CATEGORY
          Segment Count: 6
Array Number of Segments: 6 


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From Excel => Add-Ins => Oracle => Upload
