How to Receive OSP Item Against Work In Process (WIP) Non-Standard Job Without Assembly or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Work Order Avoiding RVTOO-010: Subroutine rvtooperation() Error (Doc ID 1448578.1)

Goal

When receiving OSP item for below entities, fails with error RVTOO-010: Subroutine rvtooperation() returned error.

a. Work In Process (WIP) Non Standard Discrete Job without Assembly

b. Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Work Order

 

RVTOO-010: Subroutine rvtooperation() returned error.
Cause: Subroutine rvtooperation() returned an internal error. Returned error message is: FND
Action: Note this error number and the actions you are trying to perform.

 

Cause: RVCTP encountered an internal error. Parameters: RVCTP,IMMEDIATE,788370,

RVTBM-008: Subroutine rvtbm_immediate_mngr() returned error
Cause: Subroutine rvtbm_immediate_mngr() returned an internal error.

RVTBM-120: Subroutine rvtptcontrol() returned error
Cause: Subroutine rvtptcontrol() returned an internal error.
Action: Note this error number and the actions you are trying to perform. Contact your system administrator
Concurrent Manager encountered an error while attempting to start your immediate concurrent program RVCTP. Routine &ROUTINE received a return code of failure.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as Inventory responsibility
2. Receiving -> Receipt
3. Query the Purchase Order (PO)
4. Click Save
5. Error returned
