Symptoms
When using PropertiesServlet (glog.webserver.properties.PropertiesServlet) or WebPropertiesServlet (glog.webserver.properties.WebPropertiesServlet) and attempt to edit a property that contains a single quote, the normal pop-up window that appears does not appear. Instead, the browser gets a JavaScript exception
