Symptoms
Audit Trail was disabled in 11i prior to R12 upgrade. We are trying to enable it again in R12 for Property Manager by selecting 'Enable Requested' and running the AuditTrail Update Tables job. The concurrent request "AuditTrail Update Tables" is failing with the following error:

Upgrade from 11i to Release 12. Audit in 11i was disabled prior to the R12 upgrade. Attempting to re-enable audit in R12 is not working.
