Depot Stop is Denoted as Stop 0 on Shipment (Doc ID 1450256.1)

Goal

When one setup a Depot as a start location to pickup up empty pallets for example, the first stop in the shipment is being denoted as Stop 0. One would expect it to be Stop 1. This prevents adding Appointments and events for this stop. Is this a correct behavior?
