Symptoms
When rating a shipment using not null shipments with shipment breaks, the shipment and voucher do not allocate as expected using a allocation rule basis of Order allocation on weight at 100%. Instead of allocation weight on the order as a whole, the allocation logic seems to be allocating by ship unit weight.
