Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to enter credit card and save the following error occurs:
Unable to Setup a Credit Card Bank Account for the Customer. Credit Card information on the order is not valid
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management responsibility: Navigation: Orders,Returns>Sales Order
2. Select Customer and complete main tab. On Others tab select credit card payment type and enter credit card info.
3. Attempt to save record and you get "Unable to Set up a Credit Card Bank Account for the Customer. Credit Card information on the order is not valid."
