Accesorial Cost Based on Percent of Total Shipment Not Calculating Properly (Doc ID 1451265.1)

Accessorials is setup as a cost of % of shipment total cost (at current stage of rating) If one changes the percentage on the accessorial cost, when running an RIQ, the cost is incorrectly calculated

Steps to replicate:

1. set accessorial cost: X

2. create the accesorial as a per buy shipment cost of $15 foir example

3. save the record

4. Edit the record and change the rating to be shipment total cost (at current rating stage): 30% for example Rate Offering: RO_X

5. Run an RIQ :

from location: A

destination: B

rate offerng: RO_X

ship unit/weight/volume: 1

6. Looking at the cost result: base: 21 accessorial: 4.5

7. look at the accessorial_cost table, you see that it still have a charge amount base of 15.
