On 12.1.3 version, IAS for Applications Technology In Apache error log below error appears frequently:

mod_security: Access denied with code 405. Pattern match "!(GET|HEAD|POST)" at REQUEST_METHOD. [uri "/nCircleIP360"] [unique_id T4mamJX8uWcAAFefDXY]

The issue cannot be reproduced at will, but error appears frequently on error_log.
