Adding Remarks Text as a Fixed List to Equipment Screen Not Displaying Contents (Doc ID 1451623.1)

Symptoms

The fixed remarks list is not showing on the equipment. To reproduce: Create a remark qualifier (Config/Admin -> Power Data - Qualifiers -> Remark Qualifiers) Create an equipment (Shipment Management -> Equipment) When entering the remark qualifier into the Remark Qualifier ID field, the Remark Text field remains empty.
