On : 12.1.3 version of the Total Compensation Statement:

When attempting to access the Total Compensation Statement via Employee Self-Service, the following message occurs:



You do not have a Total Compensation Statement available at this time.



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to responsibility Employee Self-Service.

2. Select the Total Compensation Statement option.

Message occurs and no statement is available.
