Unable to Run 'Run Mass Notifications' from Compensation Workbench Due to "valid orgID" Error (Doc ID 1452045.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to generate the Run Mass Notification from Compensation Workbench, the following error occurs:

Calling request submission pages with Program Page hidden for Single Operating Unit Concurrent Program requires a valid orgID.

 

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to responsibility HR Professional V4.0 and select Compensation Workbench For Administrators.
2. Click the Run Mass Notification link in the Batch Requests section.
