Symptoms

When attempting to save a requisition for a dual item, the following error occurs:

ERROR
-----------------------
FRM-92101
unable to communicate with runtime process  

Steps to reproduce:
1. Enter a new requisition
2. Enter the item code, quantity, need by date and secondary quantity and press tab or save
3. FRM-92101 error occurs
