Symptoms
Cost Detail Report (or any of those listed above) shows unbalanced assets (*) after performing asset transfer but before running depreciation.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Transfer the asset(s), or add new asset(s).
2. Run Report.
3. Asset is flagged on report as * = out of balance.
