Symptoms

Blanket Purchase order releases do not show as commitments in Project Status Inquiry form.
 
Enter Blanket Purchase Order
Create and approve a Release
Run the PRC: Update Project Summary Amounts process.
 
No commitment is accumulated.

Blanket PO and releases are not closed.
