Goal
The Inventory module has not been implemented and yet the user still is not able to receive items from the iProcurement window. The following error is received: 'Receipt Date - The Inventory Accounting Period in which you are trying to create this receiving transaction is not open for this following item(s). Please contact your administrator.'
