Symptoms

PAXACMPT_SINGLE module: PRC: Update Project Summary Amounts for a Single Project errors with the following in the log file:

MSG-00001: Calling Maintain Project Accumulation at 01-MAY-2012 08:20:20
MSG-00001: Concurrent request id is 3297964
MSG-00001: ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows
MSG-00001: Debug Messages:
MSG-00001: proj_accum: Exception Generated By Oracle Error: ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows
MSG-00001: Exception was generated by Accumulation API
REP-1419: 'beforereport': PL/SQL program aborted.
