Symptoms
On : 11.5.10.2 version + RUP7 (6241631)
When attempting to run some reports and access some forms
the following error occurs.
ERROR

FLEXFIELDS SERVER-SIDE VALIDATION package reports error:
SSV.check_value_security(): ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: char
l_account ==> 0
Program error: Please inform your support representative that:
