Customer Support Specialist / Case Management: How To Change Column Properties In "Advanced Search Results Table" On Agent Dashboard?

Personalize "Advanced Search Results Table" on Agent Dashboard does not support to personalize table contents.
This page is little different than 11.5.10 where table column properties were updatable.
(R) Customer Support Specialist
(N) Agent Dashboard > Advanced Search
- Enter Search criteria
- Click on Personalize "Advanced Search Results Table" on Advanced Search Results page.
On the Personalize page, there is no "Pencil" icon to update the Table Column Properties.
Need to add/remove/rename some columns using Personalization.
