Symptoms
The Competency requirements are displayed as Essential in the "Find suitable successors for Job : Select Competencies" page,
although competency is defined as Desired.
STEPS
-----------------------
1.Go to Career Managment -> Competence Requirements using HR PUI responsibility
2.Create a competence requirements for job - Essential checkbox is NOT checked
3.Go to Succession Plans using succession plannning responsibility
4.Press Create Plan button
5.Enter Job and Role Name
6.Press Show Suitable Successors button
7.The 'Requirement' field of all competencies are displayed as Essential
