Requisition AME First Responder Wins Functionality Is Not Working As Notifications Are Still Sent To Subsequent Approvers (Doc ID 1456467.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior 
Requisition Approval Management Engine (AME) First Responder Wins is not working as expected.    

AME for requisition approval is used.
There is only 1 approver group in AME for the approval.
This approver group has a voting method of first responder wins.
This approver group has 2 static members.



When the requisition is submitted for approval, then a notification is sent to both members.
However when one approver approves the notification, the requisition does not get approved, rather, it moves to the next approver.
Only when the second approver approves the requisition is it getting approved.
This is not the intended functionality of first responder wins.
