Shipment Costs that are not Actual Costs are Included on Shipment Financials and PlannedShipment Integration (Doc ID 1457770.1)

Symptoms

In OTM Version 6.x, on the Financials tab of a Shipment, there are costs being displayed that are type "Other", that are not actual Costs. Examples of this include Rate Quality Costs. These costs were not included on the Shipment Financials Cost section in earlier OTM versions. It is found that these costs are also included in the outbound integration for PlannedShipment.
