DQM Staging Error: DRG-10502: Index HZ_STAGE_PARTIES_T1 Does Not Exist (Doc ID 1458547.1)

Symptoms

In R12.1.1, run the concurrent program "DQM Staging Program" with option STAGE_ALL_DATA results in the following error:

ORA-29855: error occurred in the execution of ODCIINDEXCREATE routine
ORA-20000: Oracle Text error:
DRG-10502: index HZ_STAGE_PARTIES_T1 does not exist
DRG-50857: oracle error in drdmlv
ORA-01426: numeric overflow

The DQM Staging also fails with the exact same error when running it with parameter CREATE_INDEXES or CREATE_MISSING_INVALID_INDEXES:

Responsibility: Trading Community manager
Navigation: Control : Request : Run

-Choose the DQM Staging Program from the LOV.
-Run it for parameter Staging Command = STAGE_ALL_DATA
