Symptoms


Web ADI: Create Document shows error:

oracle.apps.bne.exception.BneFatalException: A system error has occurred.


Following 'ORA-' messages found in the BNE log several times:

3/6/12 8:53 PM Web ADI Upload Job 25000 ERROR          BneUserSetting.save: Exception while preparing query.  Message: ORA-22990: LOB locators cannot span transactions

3/6/12 8:53 PM Web ADI Upload Job 25000 ERROR          BneBaseSQL.executeUpdate: Exception while running query.  Error Code: 1, Message: ORA-00001: unique constraint (BNE.BNE_USER_SETTINGS_U1) violated
