Symptoms

Unable to Set a Quote to Lost Status and getting the Below error

OBSERVATION
Error Message: Note: The status of this quote cannot be set to lost. you may update the status to lost
only when the quote is at the "submit draft - eligible" or "negotiation complete - eligible" activity.

ERROR

APP-ONT-251208 Workflow status is not available. The workflow history may be purged.
Error Message: Note: The status of this quote cannot be set to lost. you may update the status to lost
only when the quote is at the "submit draft - eligible" or "negotiation complete - eligible" activity.

STEPS
1. Responsibility:  OM Super User 
2. Negotiation >Quote> F11> XXXXX
3. Observe Error: APP-ONT-251208
