Symptoms

 When attempting to process Create Intercompany AP Invoices (INCIAP), the following error occurs.


ERROR

On :  12.1.3 version

WHen querying MMT table for getting the transaction date.
 
  Not able to find transaction date in MMT table for Shippping flow.
  Before call to API fdfkfa() ...
  bal_seg_name = SEGMENT1
  Legal Entity ID = 3897
  SQL Error in inapcih().
  APP-FND-01564: ORACLE error 1458 in inapcih()
 
  Cause: inapcih() failed due to ORA-01458: invalid length inside variable
  character string


STEPS TO REPRODUCE

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
1. Create Intercompany Sales Order
2. Complete the shipment and close the Sales Order
3. Run Create Intercompany AR Invoice
4. Run Create Intercompany AP Invoice
