Shipment Remarks Not Displayed On Online Tendering/Booking Page (Doc ID 1460259.1)

Symptoms

Tender XML is not being created with Remarks included. As such, when
attempting to use Remarks on the TENDER_COLLAB Manager Layout is not
possible.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to Configuration and Administration -> User Configuration -> Manager Layout
2 .Search for TENDER_COLLAB
3. Select and copy the Manager Layout
4. Enter any ID and go to Next Tab

Under section: More Shipment Information, you will see there is a Remark section

5. Navigate to Shipment Management -> Online Booking/Tendering
6. Search with Shipment Reference Number
7. Click on the tender
8. Expand the section: More Shipment Information

Notice that in the More Shipment Information section, there are no Remarks.
