Receive Run-Time Error 91 In Excel 2010 When Using Create Document (Doc ID 1462017.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Application 11.5.10.2 or later, when running 32 bit Windows 7 client PC,
the following error occurs enabling editing on a spreadsheet:

Microsoft Visual basic
Run-time error '91':

Object Variable or With block variable not set

This is happening on all the Windows 7/ MS Office 2010 client machines.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Navigation: Responsibility: Web applications desktop integrator

Step 1: Create document
Step 2: Select shortcut ADE JE Form
Step 3: Select Continue
Step 4: Create Document
Step 5: When it prompts to save or open this file, if one selects save and save the file to the local pc, no error.
If open, the error occurs when one enables editing on the spreadsheet.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are being migrated to Office 2010 and this needs to be corrected.
