Can Not View Reports With Graphs Created by XML (Doc ID 1463755.1)

Trying to generate XML report with Graphs in Oracle Application release 12.0.6 with XML Publisher release 5.6.3

One is not able to review the output file because the OPP is falling in error when trying to generate this report.
The error shown is:

You verified the DISPLAY setup at Concurrent Manager level and this one is correct, xclock is working fine and  you are able to generate Postscript report output with this setup.
