END_DATE is not populating correctly in "Signon Audit Users" concurrent program output in case of ICX: Session Timeout.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.) Logged in with SYSADMIN user and then run the concurrent program "Signon Audit Users" for "SYSADMIN". Able to see new session at 7:05. Output is as below.

<SESSION1> SYSADMIN 24-MAR-11 07:05 <ID1>
2.) Wait for Session Timeout. After Session Time out, login from session timeout login option. Able to see new session at 8:18. It didn't put the end date on above session in step 1.
