After the upgrade from 11i to 12.1.3, customer is noticing that the Attachment form behaves differently.
The cursor jumps to the Source tab before the user has a chance to enter the text in the 'Main' tab in the form.

Attachments -> Main Tab -> Enter Category,Title, Description and Tab ->
It takes to Source Tab..you do not have a chance to enter the text and users cannot see the 'Description' on the 'Source' tab to enter the same data,
Users need the 'Description' to be on the same tab so that they do not lose the information entered in it.
And on tabbing out from "Description" it should take to the mandatory field
on the Main Tab.
Goal
Expect R12 to have same functionality as in 11i, where the user can enter the text in the Main tab, and then 'tab' to the Source tab.
