Prc: Create Accounting Completes With Warning 95332
As describe in note ID 1334939.1 and ID 1341136.1, users are getting error message on burden transactions that are foreign currency items. The burden transactions are created with process PASDUC_BURDEN_RANGE, but they do get interfaced to GL.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Responsibility name = XXX PA Manager (Project Billing Super User)
Run PAXACCPB module: PRC: Create Accounting (Burden Cost)

Due to this issue, users cannot close year 2011.
