ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
A remark qualifier is setup to only allow one and to allow updates.
When integration is sent in using the remark on the shipment level it works as expected and only allows one on the shipment. If you use the same remark qualifier on the shipment stop it is inserted numerous times instead of being updated.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the Remark to be updated and not to have a duplicate added.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Shipment with a Remark a Stop level.
2. Send in an XML file up update the Remark.
3. Note a new Remark is added and the existing one if not replaced.
NOTE: The remark qualifier is setup to only allow one and to allow updates.
