When editing a WebService configuration, upon saving the WebService, the following error is encountered:

update web_svc_operation_param set wsdl_schema_type_local=?, wsdl_schema_type_namespace=?, is_required=?, is_document=?,
is_attachment=?, is_zipped=?, is_return_value=?, transformer_stylesheet=?, transformer_plugin_gid=?, data_query_type_gid=?,
out_xml_profile_gid=?, encoding_style_uri=?, domain_name=?, is_body_param=? where operation_name=? and parameter_name=?
and web_service_gid=?; [any,, Y, N, N, N, Y, null, null, null, null, null, null, N, process,

  Cannot update the WEB_SVC_OPERATION_PARAM record. DOMAIN_NAME must be set.

  java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01407: cannot update ("GLOGOWNER"."WEB_SVC_OPERATION_PARAM"."DOMAIN_NAME") to NULL
