Symptoms
When uploading multiple TransOrder XMLs that include the same Packaged Item, some of the XMLs fail with the following Exception:
java.sql.SQLException: The transaction is no longer active - status: 'Marked rollback. [Reason=weblogic.ejb20.locks.LockTimedOutException: EJB:010107The lock request from EJB:ejb.SuSpecPackagedItemJoin with primary key:DOMINA.ITEM_ID 1 timed-out after waiting 300,000 ms.
