Symptoms

There are some actions in the application related to Mobile Field Service (MFS) that cause the error ORA-01436: CONNECT BY loop in user data

1. When attempting to run the Manages mobile users program to create a user, an error occurs.

ORA-06512: at line 1

2. When trying to manually assign a task. An error is encountered

Error returned from Internal API hook.
Procedure name is CSM_WF_PKG.Task_Assignment_Post_Ins. (APPL_ID=883)    

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Run Manages Mobile Users (MMU) program to create a Mobile Field Service user.

2. Assign a Task to a Mobile Field Service user.
