R12: AuditTrail View Is Not Returning Correct Data

Symptoms
Created audit trail on FND_USER table in 11.5.10 and R12 environments. AC1 view in R12 environment is different to the one on R11, and causes incorrect data to be returned and not as per the Oracle E-business Suite System Administrator's Guide (security). The issue is that with the modification done in AC1 view (n2.ROW_KEY = o.ROW_KEY) the view is not returning the information as is documented in Oracle® E-Business Suite System Administrator's Guide - Security --> Section "How Data Appears in Tables and Views"
