Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version:
Observe that orders cannot be picked and shipped.
Order header has status as 'Booked'.
Lines workflow is Line Flow, Generic and status as Awaiting Shipping.
No holds on header or lines.
Delivery detail shows status as "Ready to Release"
When the pick release is run it completes successfully but line is not picked.
The log file shows the following near the bottom:
