UAE Payroll Register doesn't work according to the security file (Doc ID 1469749.1)

While executing "UAE Payroll Register", LOV for Parameter
      "Payroll" displays payrolls even which are not secured by a
      security profile for a secured responsibility.

      This is incorrect.

      Only those payrolls which are secured by the security profile
      for a secured responsibility should appear in the LOV for
      Parameter "Payroll"
