Goal
Receiving the error "oracle.apps.bne.exception.BneFatalException - Microsoft VBScript runtime error: 429 - ActiveX component can't create object" when trying to view Excel output of an FSG report in Report manager. Have tried all the IE8 security settings and Excel macro security settings suggested in Knowledgebase, but still cannot get past error.
