  Applied AU.18 (which contains the fix for <BUG 13699869> - LEAVE LIABILITY REPORT (AUSTRALASIA) IS NOT DISPLAYING ASSIGNMENTS AS AT EFFECTI) 
  
  Find the report still excludes employees who have future dated cost center changes.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Run Leave Liability Process (Australia)
  2. Run Leave Liability Report (Australasia)
